The processing time depends on the position for which you are applying.   • Your documents will be assessed both by our People & Culture team (HR department) and by our managers from the relevant specialist departments. The assessment criteria are based on the requirements profile for the position in our company. Based on these criteria, we carry out a pre-selection and invite applicants for an initial digital interview.

The job interview

  • The first interview is primarily about us getting to know each other. Yes, you heard right: of course we want to get to know you as a person, your background and your motivation, but it is also very important to us that you get to know us. That's why we usually start with a round of introductions. Of course, we also introduce our company. Afterwards, we will certainly have some questions about your CV/career and yourself, and you will certainly have some questions for us. We can then clarify all these questions together.

  • Initial consultations usually last between 30 and 60 minutes. If necessary, we will be happy to take more time to answer all your questions in detail.

  • We want to get to know you as a person in an initial meeting. This includes gaining a better understanding of you personally. It is important to us that you remain authentic. However, it is also important to us in this step that you ask all your questions about the position and our company. You can prepare well for your interview by collecting all your questions in advance and making a note of them. That way we can clarify them all. But remember: you have already cleared the first hurdle and you have already made a positive impression on us. Now we want to see you in person. Show us that you are the right person for the position.

  • Our People & Culture team and our specialist department will take part in an initial meeting to clarify all your questions. Of course, we will inform you in advance who your interview partners will be.

  • After the first interview, we will contact you either by phone or email to give you feedback. If you make it one step further in our application process, the rest of the process is very individual, depending on the respective department. In some areas, we conduct a second interview with other participants from the company to get to know you even better and discuss position-related topics together. In other areas, we invite you to a trial working day, for example, where you can solve some specialist tasks and get to know some potential team members.

  • We are aware that you are waiting for feedback from us after your first interview. For this reason, our aim is to give you feedback as quickly as possible. How long it takes in detail depends on the position. You are welcome to contact us for further information on the status of your application.
