A successful start in the group.one
First impressions count - group.one attaches great importance to actively supporting new employees as they start their day-to-day work.
Our clearly structured onboarding process ensures optimal conditions in the first weeks and months so that new group.one employees can familiarize themselves well and network, as well as receive further training. We want our new team members to arrive relaxed and find their feet in the best possible way. We make sure that your workplace is prepared and your hardware is ready. After an initial briefing from our Internal IT department, you can use your work equipment and start your day. Your manager and colleagues will show you around and introduce you to the most important tools for your team.
You will then be welcomed by our People & Culture team and receive a short training session on our general internal tools. You will then be released back into the care of your team, where you will be trained over the coming days and weeks according to our “best-buddy” system and can settle into your day-to-day work.
